This Privacy Policy explains how Hobby Developer (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Frame Puzzle (the “App”).
Audience: The App is intended for users 13+.
1) Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
A. Information you provide
- Photos/Media you select: The App can access photos/media that you choose to select for gameplay (puzzle creation).
- No account data: The App does not require login and we do not ask you to provide your name, phone number, or email inside the App.
B. Automatically collected information
The App uses analytics services to understand usage and improve stability/performance. This may collect:
- App interactions (screens viewed, taps, session duration)
- Device information (device model, OS version, language, app version)
- Approximate location may be inferred from IP by service providers (not GPS)
- Device identifiers: such as the Advertising ID (if available on your device)
2) Permissions Used by the App
- Photos/Media access: Used only to let you pick images for puzzles.
- Camera: Not used (based on your inputs).
- Location: Not used (GPS/precise location is not requested).
3) How We Use Information
- To provide the core gameplay experience (e.g., loading the image you select)
- To monitor and improve app performance, reliability, and user experience
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse
4) Ads
Based on your inputs, the App does not display ads (no AdMob). If ads are added in a future update, this policy will be updated accordingly.
5) Analytics and Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party analytics services (e.g., Google/Firebase Analytics or similar) to measure usage and improve the App. These providers may process certain data on our behalf as described above.
Third-party services may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the applicable privacy policies of the services integrated into the App.
6) Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited information in the following cases:
- Service providers: analytics providers that help us understand app usage and improve performance
- Legal obligations: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Protection: to enforce our rights, prevent fraud, and protect users or the public
7) Data Storage and Retention
- Photos/Media: Images you select are used for gameplay. We do not require you to upload photos to our servers for core gameplay.
- Analytics data: Retained as needed for operational reporting and product improvement, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
8) Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9) Your Choices
- Advertising ID controls: You can reset or limit the use of your Advertising ID from your Android device settings (if applicable).
- Permissions: You can manage photo/media permission in Android Settings at any time.
10) Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be effective when posted. Policy validity: up to the next update (“upto next update”), after which revisions may apply.
